These Terms of Service govern the use of Music Teacher Assistant Institute, a platform for music schools and institutes to manage teachers, students, parents, classes, attendance, reports, reschedule requests, and related administrative workflows.

1. Accounts

Institutes are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity under their account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use the system for illegal activities.

3. Payments and Plans

Paid plans provide access according to the selected plan limits. Plan limits may include teacher and student counts. Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment provider.

4. Institute Data

Institutes are responsible for the accuracy of student, parent, teacher, attendance, schedule, and report information entered into the platform.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided for administrative support. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entry, missed lessons, payment disputes, or institute-parent communication issues.
