Information is used to provide institute management features, parent access, teacher reporting, scheduling, attendance tracking, reschedule handling, account access, and payment management.

3. Parent and Student Data

Institutes are responsible for entering and managing parent and student information appropriately and only for legitimate educational administration purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal or other payment providers. We do not store full card details.

5. Email Notifications

The system may send account, password reset, report, reschedule, and administrative notifications.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect account access and stored information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
