We may store institute details, administrator accounts, teacher accounts, parent accounts, student profiles, class schedules, attendance records, reports, reschedule requests, and payment records.
Information is used to provide institute management features, parent access, teacher reporting, scheduling, attendance tracking, reschedule handling, account access, and payment management.
Institutes are responsible for entering and managing parent and student information appropriately and only for legitimate educational administration purposes.
Payments are processed through PayPal or other payment providers. We do not store full card details.
The system may send account, password reset, report, reschedule, and administrative notifications.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect account access and stored information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
